Key Responsibilities: Prepare Business Activity Statements (BAS) and Instalment Activity Statements (IAS) Assist clients transition to automated cloud software systems Building new client relationships and fostering and maintaining current client relationships Coach and mentor staff if required Ensure transactions for all clients are being recorded on time and accurately Review the preparation of BAS & IAS, payroll, payroll tax and superannuation returns Complete MYOB | Xero setups and conversions Review the reconciliation of MYOB or Xero files to trial balance for end of period (month, quarter or annual) Monitor and ensure statutory compliance deadlines for your clients are met Assist with the preparation of monthly or quarterly management reporting for clients Skills and experience: 6 years experience as a bookkeeper with multiple clients Experience supervising concurrent account production for multiple clients Have Intermediate MS Office skills especially Excel Have intermediate skills in XERO/MYOB/Quickbooks or equivalent Can work under time pressure and meet deadlines Enjoy making connections with clients over the phone Be a great delegator and have managed other people before  Have excellent oral and written communication skills Happily embrace cloud technology Please upload a cover letter and resume outlining your experience and suitability to this role.
